When the long weekend approaches, you definitely wont catch me in Toronto. I am all about taking any opportunity, even if its just for a weekend to travel and explore places. This Thanksgiving long weekend was spent in Montreal and Quebec City (Vieux Quebec).
The fastest route is of course by plane which is only 1 hour away. Another way is to drive to Montreal. It is about a 5 and half hour drive from Toronto. I had previously been to Montreal a couple of times. This trip to Montreal also included a day trip to Quebec City.

Positano is a small picturesque town with splendid coastal views, on the famous Amalfi Coast in Campania, Italy. Positano is now my favorite place in the world! I remember a couple of years ago hearing about this amazing place and since then I’ve been dreaming about going on holiday to this picturesque Italian village.
It is definitely a luxury destination on the Amalfi Coast. Of course I knew this since I did my research. So worth it, and even if you are on a budget you can visit.

The Algarve is the beautiful southern coastline of Portugal. We had the pleasure of visiting at the beginning of September, 2017. From Faro airport to where we booked the hotel in Lagos was more than a 1 hour drive. I highly suggest you rent a car since I cant see any other way of getting around the island. However, we had the car already booked from Expedia and we encountered some issues at pick up. Long story short, my advice is to book a car directly with the company.

Crete is a charismatic harbour in the glittering Mediterranean. It is the largest island in Greece, and the fifth largest one in the Mediterranean Sea.
We visited in July 2016. Spending 7 days in an all inclusive hotel in Hersonissos. I had no idea what to expect since it was the first time in an all inclusive, outside of the Carribean. The richness of the Greek food, the hospitality and the sea makes the vacation heaven.

Miami is geographically right by the Bahamas, Cuba, Cancun, the Dominican Republic, and most everywhere in the Caribbean that you associate with gorgeous beaches, palm trees, and clear, azure blue water that’s bathtub warm. What this means is that Miami has all those beautiful traits, too! Since I have frequently visited Cuba and Dominican, I decided to see what Miami Beach has to offer.
