As I write this blog, I am having all kinds of feelings. Already day dreaming about Mexico. Having just returned from Cancun for the second time, I knew I had to write about one of my favourite places. The breathtaking Caribbean sea and perfect climate make it a popular destination for tourists from over the world. The beaches rank among the best in the world.

The Algarve is the beautiful southern coastline of Portugal. We had the pleasure of visiting at the beginning of September, 2017. From Faro airport to where we booked the hotel in Lagos was more than a 1 hour drive. I highly suggest you rent a car since I cant see any other way of getting around the island. Puerto Vallarta is a Mexican beach resort city situated on the Pacific Ocean’s Bahía de Banderas. PV or simply Vallarta is the second largest urban agglomeration in the state after the Guadalajara Metropolitan Area. It is one of Mexico’s most enticing coastal destinations.
I had the pleasure of visiting this amazing place in the month of December. It was more towards the end of the month, New Years. I was not expecting the temperatures to be hot at all. However, we got exactly what we wished for. There are plenty activities, including boat trips, horseback rides, diving trips and day trips to the interior.
